Tillandsia juncea

With over 600 known species, Tillandsia are one of the most widespread species of Bromeliad. Tillandsia are epiphetic, absorbing water through their hair like trichomes and anchoring themselves onto rocks, trees etc via small root systems.

Many species produce beautiful flowers annually, with varieties such as Ionantha, Brachycaulos & Capita developing ‘blushed’ colours to their leaves around flowering time too.
